Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Tavory AI account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Tavory AI. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Colin Schibli, Switzerland (legal notice).

2. The service

Tavory AI provides a unified workspace for accessing third-party AI models (text, image, video, audio), managing files and projects, and tracking usage costs. We are an intermediary and do not own the underlying AI models. Model availability, pricing and output are subject to each provider's terms.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One person may not operate multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI budget and billing

• Each plan includes a monthly AI budget in CHF. The actual provider cost of each request is deducted from that budget and shown in the interface.
• The included AI budget resets at the start of each billing month and is not transferred to later months.
• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
• Available models, rate limits and file-analysis limits depend on the selected plan.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Tavory AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract model weights or proprietary data.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use the service for bulk spam generation or any activity that harms other users.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you input. Output generated by AI models is subject to each provider's terms. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Colin Schibli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms with notice where practicable, or immediately for severe violations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Fislisbach, Canton of Aargau, Switzerland.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
